How the Order Process Works

  • You select the appropriate cabin model in the most convenient way for you.
  • You make a deposit via bank transfer to the provided account (the remaining amount is paid upon delivery).

  • When the cabin is ready, we will contact you by phone to schedule the delivery and installation.
  • Installation takes approximately 2 hours.
  • The installation is completed with a handover protocol.
  • You will also receive a Technical Passport, which is a requirement for Class I medical devices.

We offer the service of dismantling and disposing of the old cabin for a fee of 500 PLN/net.

Payment Methods

  • Deposit – by bank transfer.
  • Remaining payment – by bank transfer on the day of installation.

Order Processing Time

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • 1.50 PLN/net per 1 km, calculated from Bydgoszcz to the installation location and back.

Customer Service

  • Response time: 48 hours from the moment of receiving the phone inquiry.

Warranty Conditions

  • 2 years.
  • Applies to cabins installed by our company's employees and confirmed with the handover protocol.
  • Extended warranty option available.

* The buyer can install the cabin independently according to the instructions, but in this case, the cabin will not be covered by the warranty.
